WHAT IS
RPSOM?
The Resting Place School of Ministry (RPSOM) is for those who want to come spend time at Resting Place in a structured and focused way. This program is intended for all who join to be involved in prayer ministry and to enter into a season of spiritual impartation. It is for singles, married couples, teens, young adults, older adults, and everyone in between; all ages from 16 and older are welcome.
Students will receive Biblical teaching on all that is vital to the Resting Place community including:
prophecy, worship, prayer and intercession, missions, dance, inner healing, and leadership. Extended time is spent in God’s presence in the prayer room.
RPSOM is designed to bring practical ministry training, identity, theological understanding, and leadership training to all who attend. We believe that you cannot simply gain an understanding of the Kingdom but you must also experience it. As Paul said, “and my message and preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power.”
HOW DOES RPSOM WORK?
We meet three evenings a week. Students have the flexibility to choose to commit to one or two tracks per week.
A track is series of focused classes that changes each semester depending on the commitment of each student.
1st Year is an introductory year of education and training. Once students join the 1st year, they must successfully complete two semesters in order to be eligible for the 2nd year program.
2nd Year is a year of equipping and activating for students to walk in leadership. Once students start the 2nd year, they must complete two semesters of the Leadership Track in order to graduate the full two years of the School of Ministry.
WHEN DO CLASSES START?
Fall Semester begins in September and ends in December.
Spring Semester begins in January and ends in April.
The Summer Intensive runs from June to August.

Resting Place is characterized by worship and intercession, the presence of God, family, revival, miracles, healings, and honor. We feel this is a God-ordained time for us to grow as a family with passion for people, our region and our world. These core values have been shaped by our history and leadership.
Our goal is to help develop your supernatural giftings and God given identity in the Lord Jesus Christ, Father God, and Holy Spirit in the context of Resting Place DNA as a House of Prayer and Revival Center.
If your heart is burning, join us for one of our 3 month semesters or make a commitment for 1 or 2 years. If you are on fire for God, come burn with us!
HOW MUCH IS TUITION?
Tuition varies depending on book costs, outreach costs, classes, etc. The estimated tuition costs for each semester are between $200 - $400.
There is a Partners Discount for any student that has been a partner for a minimum of three months. Partners receive a 20% discount off their tuition. To inquire about becoming a partner, refer to the giving page here on this website.
The price for our Summer Intensives is $40.
